The best there is
"It’s so cool to be cool! Hot summer day with direct sunlight for Oyster and close to 30c. The morning after: ice cold leftovers. Design, build, packaging feels very right. Also if you compare this to a yeti, don’t. It’s like comparing a Landcruiser with a 911"

I don't know where to report it
"I bought an Oyster cooler set, but the product was delivered because the ice pack was missing, and I was so angry that I contacted Oyster in every way I could, but only the aiChatbot answered. I had no choice but to buy an additional ice pack, but I still don't know when or how it happened I lost a lot of money and I'll never be distant from you again You're the worst company thieves of my life"

Chic & Amazing
"From a design perspective, I was sold immediately — no question. But when it came to the price and all the marketing promises, I honestly had my doubts. So I kept putting off the purchase for months. And yet, I found myself going back to the website again and again. About four weeks ago, I finally ordered it. Fast and smooth delivery. Since then, it has been in almost nonstop use — professionally and privately. Transporting what is probably the purest salmon in Europe from Swiss Lachs, raised in the Swiss Alps, all the way to Monte Carlo, Nice and Saint-Tropez … and returning with some of the finest delicacies. Even with very high temperatures inside the car, the box performs incredibly well — in my case for up to two days using four Oyster ice packs. Of course, when fully loaded it’s not lightweight, but thanks to the shoulder strap it’s still very manageable. And honestly: I think I now own the chicest cooler box in the world — both for clients and private use. An eycatcher everywhere I go. Top product."

Decent
"I did not think it mattered having the cooler filled in order to keep temps down but that is a huge factor in keeping it cool several days. Aside from that, it is lightweight and very portable in comparison to competitors ultra clunky coolers for the same size"

Tempo cooler
"Works great but the trim ring around the Cooler lid and double hinge came unglued and I’m having a heck of a time getting a hold of Oyster and having them respond. Rick Kuklenski."

Best cooler
"We love our cooler, beautiful design, compact, easy to transport, and so spacious inside. The "Rimowa" of the coolers, very happy with the purchase"

I don't know yet
"The ice packs were sent to the place I was visiting last month. I'll be back in a couple weeks so then I'll know how the cooler works w/the ice packs in them."

Possible Initial Defect?
"I purchased this from the first production lot because I really liked the design and functionality. I understand that shipping delays can happen, but I was first told it would ship two weeks ago, and it actually shipped one week ago. The product arrived on May 3, but the thermometer does not respond at all. I contacted customer service, but I have only received bot responses so far, and I still have not heard from an actual staff member after two days. I am worried that I may have no choice but to keep using a defective product…"

Pricey but worth it
"I went to an outdoor recreational store to buy a rotomolded cooler. The Oyster Tempo caught my attention, examined it, but brought home the other cooler because it was roughly half the price of the Tempo. I did some research on the Oyster and thought they might be on to something. A week later I picked up the Tempo and got the chance to test drive both coolers on separate trips. The rotomolded cooler is going back to the store. Superior performance without the pre-cooling and draining ceremonies, and bulk/weight associated with other ordinary coolers makes the Oyster Tempo worth every penny."

Lid split on first use; unresponsive on warranty
"Love the cooling power on this product, and was dissappointed when the lip and the lid separated on the first trip we used it on (apparently they're held together with nothing but a bead of adhesive). Photos attached of the separation and the glue line that was supposed to hold it together. While I'd have expected a premium product like this to have a better mechanism to hold together (at least a comple of spot welds?), I was confident that since this was an obvious defect in workmanship, it'd get taken care of quickly through the highly touted lifetime warranty. Unfortunately, it's now been more than three weeks (and multiple follow-up messages from me) since the last response from them, and I'm still sitting with a broken cooler. Definitely pretty far from what I'd expect from a company that charges half a grand for a product that's clearly intended to be premium. . ."
